300W PMSM Driver for Cheese Winder

The three-phase PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) driver/controller board is specifically designed for the winding machine used in the textile machinery industry. This controller utilizes the field-oriented control (FOC) or vector control technique, resulting in highly precise motor control. It offers a pixel-level solution for winding, leading to reduced noise and smoother winding operations.

This motor driver was independently developed for PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) motor-driven winding machine and more equipment. It mainly adopts the latest high-performance digital logic chip (from ST, Renesas, Texas Instruments) for PMSM motors, and uses FOC technology to make the motor run fast, with low vibration, low noise, good stability, high reliability, and low maintenance cost.
